Dongguan Sinowin Opto-electronic Co.,Ltd(Sinowin Opto-Electronic )was established in 2008. It islocated in the Songshan Lake High-Tech Park, covering an area of 80 acres. lt's main focus is to
develop, manufacture and sell high price/performance LED luminaires: street light, floodlight,
spotlight,downlight, light tube, and light bulb, etc. Sales offices have been set up in China, Hong
Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and Europe. "Babylighting" is its brand name.
Sinowin Opto-Electronic applies innovative technologies, high quality assurance processes and
devoted cooperative efforts with key partners to strive towards excellence. It has formed strong
alliances with Chinese Academy of Optics and Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Zhejiang
University to co-design and co-develop practical, efficient, and easy-to-use LED lighting products to
meet customers' needs.
It has adopted, deployed and complied with IS09001 :2008 Quality Assurance Standard,TS16949
Automotive Quality Standard, and QC080000 Hazardous Substances Control Standard . Many of
its products have passed TUV CE, C-Tick, SAA, FCC, RCM, etc. compliance tests.
